I am honored to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey. I worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of challenges including life stressors, grief, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and substance use issues. My training as a Marriage and Family therapy deepened my understanding about family systems as well as contextual factors affecting clients. I also used integrative approaches. I will collaborate with you as we together find the best outcome to your presenting problems.
