My ideal client is someone who is simply open to the idea that talking to someone can help. Even if vulnerability is a challenge (which it is for so many of us!), just being willing to be open and explore different areas of your life together can lead to powerful results in therapy. I have particular experience in working with trauma survivors, people of color, people of faith, women, emerging adults, and people in academia; however, I enjoy working with folks of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Many of the people I work with want things in their life to be different, but don't know how that happens. I can help.
