Hello, my name is Ayuja (ah- you- Jha). I am a an Associate with The Effective Therapy Group. If you are reading this, you have already taken the first step in finding ways to better support your mental health. We can become weighed down by anxiety, depression, racing thoughts and fears. If that wasn’t bad enough, the feelings of guilt which can cause us to lose our parts of identity, motivation and meaning.
