With over 30 years of experience, I believe each person is a unique individual; therefore, I use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy to meet the uniqueness of my client’s needs to attain the personal growth that they are striving for. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues ranging from depression, anxiety, grief, parenting issues, relationship issues, work issues, to addiction problems. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, I help my clients to unearth long standing behavior patterns, or negative perceptions which may be holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling life.
