My ideal client is someone going through life transitions and changes and wanting to become a better version of themselves. I work in trauma as well so anyone working through interpersonal issues, childhood trauma, and other forms of trauma and seeking to process emotions and feelings and reduce the intensity. I do not work with families, couples, or children under 16.
