As a woman of color with lived experience and perspective, I understand there is no single way to approach life’s challenges. I see each person as an individual, your needs and experiences are part of your story, but they do not define you. I’ve had the privilege of working with youth, families, and couples, and I’ve learned that sometimes what we need most is someone to truly listen and, when helpful, offer new perspectives or strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
