I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, families, and groups in both Wyoming and Idaho. I honor the diverse identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences each client brings, approaching our work together with cultural humility and deep respect. Grounded in empathy, safety, and collaboration, my practice supports adolescents, emerging adults, and adults through a wide range of life challenges and transitions. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.
