I believe in holding a curious and compassionate space for folks that are looking to navigate, and grow within, times of difficulty or change. I have valued my time empowering adults in my specialty areas including ADHD, anxiety, relational conflicts, low self worth, life transitions, and stress. My goal is to meet people exactly where they are and be a source of empowerment and guidance within their journey. I take a collaborative approach in helping individuals explore perspectives and patterns, feel more secure within themselves and relationships, as well as to develop new skills based on the challenges being faced. I lead in my work through a relational-cultural and trauma informed lens, as well as with a sense of shared humanity and humor.
