By utilizing art therapy and a trauma-informed approach you can progress towards the life you desire. Together, we can cultivate and integrate a healthy sense of personalized wellbeing and success. My training and experiences allow me to support folks across the lifespan in navigating a variety of struggles including but not limited to complex trauma, anxiety, bicultural straddling, racial stress and trauma, depression, and relationship issues. As native to Louisiana with a multicultural background and over 10 years of experience working with individuals and groups, I intentionally choose to walk alongside my clients while supporting them in their journey. In doing so, I specialize in using creative expression as a process to strengthen self-awareness, reduce stigma, and build authenticity.
