Helping adults Heal from Trauma, anxiety. As a compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist ( 154665), I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to heal, and reconnect with their inner strengths, learn how to set boundaries, and communicate their needs. My approach is Holistic and integrative. I see the deep connection between mind and body, and I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, person-centered therapy, Gottman Method and mindfulness practices.
