It can feel like your own voice has been lost in the noise around you. I am a therapist dedicated to improving the lives of those struggling with self-acceptance, anxiety, and trauma. I believe true healing goes beyond just talking things through—it's about partnering with you to understand who you are without judgment. I work with a diverse set of populations, experiencing a wide range of difficulties, believing I am a partner in your journey. My approach focuses on coming alongside clients to feel seen, supported, and empowered to achieve the results they would like to see. I specialize in healing from Trauma/PTSD, building Self Esteem, and managing intense Anxiety, Depression, and chronic Stress. I use an attachment-based lens, focusing on healing core relational wounds. We'll work to cut through the confusion, reduce the weight of these emotions, and equip you with stronger coping skills.
