I am Bailee Schnell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting adults in Montana who are struggling with a sense of overwhelm in their day-to-day lives. Many of my clients are also members of the LGBTQIA+ community, but more so, they are high-functioning individuals like you who find themselves struggling with persistent symptoms of depression and anxiety without an easily identifiable cause. I firmly believe you are the expert on you, and my goal is to provide a space for us to safely explore the things that are or are not working for you in an intentional and organized way, while also providing psychoeducational insight.
