Every client has unique challenges and perspective that requires unique therapy. I combine Person Centered Therapy, Behavior Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques. When working with adolescents and adults, I approach our work through a Person Centered lens and believe you are the expert in your own life. Children sometimes struggle in a traditional therapy session, I provide Child Centered Play Therapy for children indicated for that modality and I am also a Certified AutPlay Therapy Provider.
