My passion is helping adults, adolescents, and children to improve their emotional awareness in an effort to increase their well-being, relationships, self-worth, mindset, and open opportunities so you can reach your highest potential. I use a variety of different evidence based therapy methods to help patients access their potential starting with a patient-centered/strengths-based approach. Working collaboratively with you is essential to the way I practice psychotherapy.
