I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Northwestern University. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can heal and grow. I offer an individualized and eclectic approach to therapy that integrates Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic-based interventions, and nervous system regulation techniques. I have a great deal of experience working with neurodiverse individuals, trauma, and various mental health issues.
