Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m a trauma-focused therapist specializing in EMDR and CBT. With eight years of experience, I help individuals who feel stuck break free from old patterns, rebuild trust in themselves, and reclaim their identity through regaining autonomy. I work especially well with adults who experienced childhood abuse and subsequently deal with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, identity insecurity and PTSD. I also specialize in supporting adults who feel stuck, even after previous therapy, and are searching for new direction, deeper insight, and lasting change.
