Welcome! Congratulations on taking the first steps on your therapeutic journey! I am committed to helping my clients navigate the complexities of life. I strive to create a collaborative, warm, open environment in which clients can explore difficult issues with empathy, compassion, and, perhaps, a bit of humor. I believe that therapy is an opportunity to learn more about oneself, be heard and understood, and share sorrows, joys, and everything in between.
