I am the Director of Omni Mental Health's St. Paul location and oversee a group of therapists who are skilled in supporting individuals with a variety of mental health concerns and life stressors. While I am not currently taking new clients, I would be honored to help you find a therapist who will be the right fit. Omni offers a state-certified DBT program to help regulate intense emotions, change unwanted behaviors, and improve relationships. Through DBT, Omni's therapists support clients to help build a life worth living. Omni Mental Health also offers psychotherapy services to individuals, children, couples, and families.
