We're bombarded by media and societal pressures that make us critical of ourselves and our appearance. It often feels like we're both the bully and the victim in our own minds. I specialize in supporting people dealing with eating disorders, OCD, body image issues, gender dysphoria, trauma, and co-occurring conditions. Having faced my own battles with body image, I understand the journey of learning to love oneself. This personal experience has equipped me to assist others in their own path to self-worth.
