I have experience working with individuals of all ages, including those who face anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, OCD, ODD, and more. I believe that everyone can become the best version of themselves, regardless of their challenges. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-informed care, EMDR, play therapy, and sandtray therapy. I am certified in parent-child attachment and can help parents and children better understand each other while learning to work together.
