Bailey Therapeutic Recovery & Counseling, is a private practice therapy office, that meets clients with a person-centered approach, to address a wide range of mental health challenges. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques & theory, is applied to treat: anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders, are examples of frequently treated diagnoses at my practice. As a result, the intended goal is to help clients gain improved coping and functioning abilities, of their daily lives.
