Hello! I approach this work from person-centered, trauma-informed, mind-body/neuroscience perspective honoring your lived experience and the knowledge you have acquired along your life to help create a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I primarily work with individuals & couples who are experiencing distress in their life, with a focus around trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I believe that therapy is a place for discussion and conversation around any topic that is impacting you, whether that be in ways that are beneficial to your lifestyle or disruptive.
