I have worked in mental health for over the past 15 years. My experience in mental health is diverse and has brought to the place that I am now. I use a Client centered approach and believe in individualizing therapy for each Client. It is important to me to normalize therapy as I believe it is a form of self care and preventative health care. I work from a trauma informed and trauma sensitive perspective. I have additional training in perinatal mental health and infertility. I have experience working with: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, self esteem issues, and mood disorders. I am trained in EMDR and often incorporate components of this into my practice. I also recently received Level III training in Lifespan Integration. I also practice traditional talk therapy with components of CBT. I strive to foster a sense of belonging, safety, and value for all Clients.
