Every relationship has seasons—times of deep connection and times of disconnection. I specialize in helping couples find their way back to each other. My ideal clients are committed couples who feel emotionally disconnected or stuck in patterns of conflict but still hold a desire to rebuild their relationship. They may be facing challenges like recurring arguments, lack of intimacy, trust issues, or the aftermath of infidelity. Many are high-functioning in other areas of life—career, parenting, or social roles—but feel lost or defeated when it comes to their connection as partners. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and CBT therapy. In addition to my work with couples, I have a particular focus on supporting individuals as they move through major life changes such as divorce. I am also an instructor at Hofstra University.
