I primarily work with children ages 6 and up on issues related to anxiety, depression, school stress, executive functioning/ADHD or other school-related struggles. In addition to one on one counseling services, I do parent sessions via zoom or in person to support you in learning how to parent your unique child more smoothly. I also provide full scale IQ testing, assessment of learning disabilities and other challenges like ADHD, autism, anxiety and more. View 4 Photos In addition to being a Licensed Educational Psychologist, I am a certified yoga teacher, with special training in working with kids. I use principles of yoga, including breath work, mindfulness and physical postures, to integrate the body and mind in my work with kids. I also use CBT, ACT and IFS therapy strategies in my work.
