I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of life with understanding, compassion, and healing. With years of experience in working with complex trauma, codependency, and couples therapy, I approach each person and relationship with a holistic, trauma-informed lens. I work with individuals who experience deep-seated wounds, identity confusion, or unresolved trauma. I also work with individuals who have endured narcissistic abuse that shows up as constant criticism, emotional withdrawal, gaslighting, manipulation or a lack of empathy.
