Hello there! My name is Bao, and I am a Vietnamese American therapist who is based in Southern California. I primarily work with children, adolescents, and adults from ages 6-60 who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-esteem, anger management, and relational issues. I like to use various therapeutic approaches to tailor to each client’s individual needs, but some of the approaches I like to use in my practice stemmed from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
