Hi, I’m Bar, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT 135577). While I’m located in Woodland Hills, I offer therapy throughout California. Outside of sessions, I’m often hiking with my dog and partner, moving my body through mat Pilates or boxing (something I’ve stayed committed to for over two years), writing or reading poetry, or unwinding with a Netflix binge—docuseries when I’m feeling curious, comedies when I need something light. I’ve also written a children’s book focused on emotional regulation, and I bring that same curiosity and presence into my work as a therapist.
