My client is struggling with life transitions or anxiety, depression or grief. They are moving from high school to college or out of school and into the work force. They are adjusting to the demands of parenting and dealing with kids struggling in school with academic or behavioral challenges. My client is working on changing their mindset and adjusting their boundaries and expectations. They are developing coping skills and testing them out to find the best means of moving forward and finding a fulfilling life. I have 25 years experience working with clients in life transition. I am an active, reflective, listener who works in a collaborative mode to meet clients where they are at and assist them in determining goals and objectives. In addition to clinical social work I have extensive experience working in the public school system evaluating k-12 students.
