Sometimes, we just want to find "home," that place within us that is our true self and that validates who we are and what we believe in but that is often in conflict with others who want us to change in order to fit what they need or want us to be. My ideal client is one who is ready to take a deep dive into self-exploration toward becoming their best self. I partner with my clients to help them find that place of home as they deal with life changes and transitions that sometimes help and sometime hinder their life journey.. I am passionate about working with individuals impacted by a wide range of grief and loss experiences . . . it may be a life transition such as retirement, divorce or empty nesting, the death of a significant someone, aging, life threatening/life limiting illness, and caregiving among other life changes.
