I have 30+ years experience working with people that want support with mental health challenges. This includes depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, chronic pain, and general stress. I work with a wide range of adults including those that have developmental disability, acquired brain injury, autism, neurodiversity, are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and/or challenges with aging. I provide support, coaching, affirmation, and a host of coping and mindfulness skills. Increasing meaning and joy in your life is the goal!
