I will walk with you on your journey with compassion and without judgement. I will listen to what your goals and needs are, and help you formulate a plan of action to achieve those goals. I will trust your intuition and insights, and that you instinctively know what you need. I will help you forge your own path and respect that the choices are yours. Humor comes naturally to me, and hopefully we'll have some fun along the way. Together we will create a safe place where you can be yourself. I work with clients from adolescents to aging and work with many ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I have been practicing for over 30 yrs. I have a great deal of experience and training working with trauma, grief, couples, families, aging, and life transitions. I have extensive training in EMDR, Tapping, CRM, Brainspotting, IFS, and couples.
