People from different backgrounds might be challenged by cultural differences, grief and adjusting, family acceptance/rejection for personal choices, varying communication styles, disagreements on roles, responsibilities and support and more. I work to understand your personal and generational background, work with you to understand the function and origin of your patterns and move toward acceptance and change.
