I approach work with clients from a family based viewpoint. I like to help clients recognize their strengths and help identify areas of their life that they wish to improve upon. I help my clients excel in their personal relationships. I have worked with military families in couples therapy as they navigate transitions to home and deployments. My viewpoint is evidence based best practices. I have extensive training in child development, dementia, and personality theory. I rely on cognitive behavioral therapy to achieve a person's best functionality. Specialized in training to work with TBI, military families, and dementia. I worked in nursing facilities to meet client during the COVID pandemic.
