My focus is to understand a client's perspective and provide support in a mindful, constructive manner. Through collaboration we are able to recognizes patterns, determine core issues, and formulate solutions together. I use a combination of methods such as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and mind-body therapy. I provide brain spotting to assist clients in processing trauma and teach coping skills such as tapping and mindfulness. I enjoy working with high-profile professionals, highly sensitive people, young adults and those with chronic pain and fatigue. I can help clients who experience depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Learning about my client's personality, temperament and goals helps me focus on techniques I feel will work best for them.
