I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York with more than thirty years of experience helping adults find clarity, healing, and balance in their lives. Over the past 2 decades, I've worked in both hospital and private agency settings, supporting clients who are a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My work focuses on substance abuse and the issues that often lie beneath it such as anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and that therapy provides a safe space to explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape our lives.
