How are you today? As you move through this time of collective traumas: polarizing tensions, eco-anxiety, wars, as well as the ripples from the pandemic, how will you also move forward creating the great possibilities that abound for you? Where will your path take you? As a therapist, assisting others through the challenges that they encounter in life is one of my goals. I believe that we all know what our best path is, sometimes it is just a matter of discovery as well as addressing the roadblocks that stand in our way.
