Welcome to my practice. I specialize in treatment with children, adolescents, and adults using a relational/cognitive behavioral approach. I work with anxiety/ depressive disorders, trauma disorders, sexual behavior problems, marital/family matters, and high conflict situations, including post-divorce issues. I am happy to offer confidential, professional counseling in a safe and relaxed setting. With 20 years of practice, I am confident that people can work toward change and really make it happen.
