My goal is to help you to live a full and satisfying life; through self-awareness, more flexible and creative coping skills, improved self-esteem and an increasing ability to make better decisions on your own behalf. I believe in working collaboratively and I trust in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I use the Expressive Arts as a vehicle for self expression and personal empowerment as some things are more fully explored and expressed non-verbally.
