Therapy For Black Moms is teletherapy practice in NJ dedicated to supporting the mental and relational health of Black Mothers from pregnancy to empty nest and everything in between. This includes working with Black mothers to empower them as individuals, mothers, and partners as they navigate parenthood, career, and relationships. We also support Black moms as they work through and heal from racial trauma, traumatic birthing experiences, depression, anxiety, and a variety of other mental and relational health concerns. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am committed to working collaboratively with you to set and achieve goals that utilize your strengths and help you live a more satisfying life.
