I have over 30 years of experience working with clients of all backgrounds to take positive action on a variety of health, mental health and life issues. I have special expertise in facilitating behavior change including weight control, smoking cessation and alcohol/drug use and with LGBT issues; realtionships, transgender transition and HIV related support. I provide both individual and couples psychotherapy and counseling services. In addition, as a counseling psychologist I have helped many clients with career development and offer employment transition coaching and support.
