Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming-whether you’re an adult who has spent years being the strong one or a teenager trying to make sense of big emotions, expectations, and changes. I offer a calm, supportive space where clients don’t have to have the right words or have everything figured out. Many of my clients appear to be doing “okay” on the outside while feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of themselves on the inside.
