Everyone needs someone, sometimes. Sometimes, we need a reminder of what a life worth living can look like. I have a passion for guiding individuals to meet their own personal goals to live a happier, more fulfilled life. I have worked with individuals with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. I have also worked with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. As a mother, sister, daughter and therapist I understand how important it is to feel safe, comfortable and heard.
