I have been in practice since 1978 working with teens to seniors on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, family/ relationship problems, harmful behaviors or feelings of emptiness or meaninglessness in their lives. Whether these emotional struggles have been throughout one's life, or the result of a life changing experience such as a divorce, death, illness or the transition of aging, everyone’s journey is unique. I work with each client in the way that best suits their personality and their individual needs.I believe Therapy is the opportunity to explore, learn and heal.
