There are times in our lives when we can use someone to talk to - someone to help us deal with challenges, help us change and grow, and help us feel better. In our sessions, I will utilize an evidenced-based approach to produce significant change and meaningful improvement. We will focus on short-term goals and solutions to challenges. Over twenty years of experience in outpatient and crisis mental health settings has honed my ability to help adults - aged 18 and up - cope with life's difficulties, such as: adjustment issues, relationship problems, loss, depression, anxiety, grief, and more.
