Let me help you process what has been holding you back, whether it's been weeks, months, or years. I will guide you at a client-centered pace, with direct and honesty, but I will not enable your fears. My purpose is to help you heal and show you the path to the confidence that already exists within you. You know yourself best, let me guide you toward the best version of yourself. My specialty is treating trauma symptoms and more. I have experience helping people of all ages process their trauma using a variety of evidence-based therapies. At this time, I am only offering virtual sessions. In addition to trauma, I also help clients with overall life stressors, major life changes, family stress, navigating college life, etc.
