Barbara is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) from the Midwest. Here, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University. After majoring in counseling during her undergraduate years, she went on to earn her Master’s in psychology. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Barbara has worked as a psychotherapist for almost 25 years, helping patients work through various complex challenges in life, including grief, couples and individual counseling, family issues, stress, anxiety, depression, disorders and more.
