I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, relationships and performance matters. My specialties include topics of intimacy, infidelity, marriage, divorce, dating, attachment style, avoidance and workplace dynamics. Many clients are wrestling with indecision about remaining in romantic or career relationships. Others are coping with change or feeling like they are stuck spinning their wheels. I am experienced in many modalities including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for addressing trauma, stuck spots, and matters pertaining to attachment style. I offer both virtual as well as in person therapy.
