I am accepting clients at Collins Counseling & Associates in Fairhope and telehealth clients in AL, FL, GA, SC, OR & WA through Headway. I offer autism testing for teens & adults. Specialties include autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavior modification, stress management, parenting, aging, neuroeducation, holistic wellness and life transitions. I also provide autism coaching & consultation for autistic individuals, their parents, employers & professionals at Gulf Coast Autism Consulting. With over 30 years of experience counseling needs, together we can discover strategies to help you achieve a higher quality of life. Depending on your preferences and needs, I may use various types of integrated modalities and neuroaffirmative care to help you move from here to where you want to be. These may include cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), trauma-informed modalities, solution-focused brief therapy, modified ABA, holistic counseling, movement/nutrition motivation and advocacy.
