The foundation of every relationship begins with communication and understanding, whether as an individual or as a couple. We will work together to enhance communication and interpersonal skills and achieve the fulfilling relationships you want and deserve. Also, if you're having symptoms of depression and/or anxiety and feel alone, overwhelmed and have difficulty getting through your day, we will first explore understanding where these feelings come from. My goal is to build on your strengths and incorporate positive coping skills and tools to help alleviate these feelings and be able to live your life to the fullest.
